ONBOARD A NEW CLIENT
Import a new client's historical order data (paste or CSV) to seed EMR-1 lane memory.

How blacklisting works: Any match triggers an immediate DECLINE at Step 1 of the Decision Matrix — before TMV 2.8 or the financial gate even runs. Partial matches work (e.g. "Hazmat" will block "Hazmat Chemicals"). Changes take effect on the next quote.
Per-Trailer Zone Floors
— overrides global settings for each equipment type
| TRAILER TYPE | MIN MARGIN FLOOR | TARGET MARGIN | COST PER MILE |

Decision logic: Global floors are the fallback. Per-trailer zones override globals. Per-lane floors override both. Cost per mile goes into cost basis every quote.
Lane Floors & History
Per-lane overrides. Auto-populated as quotes run. Lane floors override trailer and global settings.

How to read it. Net = what we actually paid per gallon after the Love's discount. IFTA settles fuel tax by the miles driven in each state and credits what was paid at the pump, so the real cost of a gallon is endgame = net − that state's creditable diesel tax. Kentucky and Virginia surcharges are paid on the return by miles, never at the pump, so they are shown but not subtracted. Filtering to a single unit shows what that truck actually pays per gallon — the per-unit trail behind a real cost-per-mile.

Source: the IFTA, Inc. tax rate matrix (Special Diesel column, US jurisdictions). The quarter in force is re-checked weekly until IFTA marks it final; the next quarter is pulled three weeks before it starts. Any rate change or failed fetch raises an alert; the last good rates always stay in force.

How the stop is chosen. For every truck on a load the planner takes its live position and fuel level, the road it still has to drive, its own 30-day MPG and tank, and every priced station near that road. It then finds the cheapest way to reach delivery without dropping under the reserve, pricing each gallon at its endgame cost (net after the Love's discount minus that state's IFTA credit) plus the detour. "Saves" compares it with filling up at the first station once the gauge hits reserve + 10 %. Plans recompute every 10 minutes and are pushed to the driver app when the answer changes.
What the flags mean. Over capacity = more gallons than the tank holds. No fill event = the unit's fuel level never jumped on the ticket day. Not near station = the unit's GPS never came within reach of that store. MPG outlier = far off the fleet average. Reefer refund = reefer diesel bought with road tax, refundable as off-road use. Fill, no ticket = the tank filled up but no fuel-card ticket arrived within 4 days. Idle cost uses Samsara engine idle hours × gallons per idle hour × the fleet's net $/gal.
What QuikQ knows. A fuel card transaction is attributed to whichever driver, unit and trailer QuikQ believes are working together. When a trailer is swapped and that change never reaches them, a reefer fill keeps landing on the tractor — which is both a wrong MPG and a road-tax refund we cannot claim. Stale is the row that costs money.
